Working from our London office, you will primarily partner with hiring teams that represent our </span><a href=""><span style="font-weight:400;">Vauban</span></a><span style="font-weight:400;"> and </span><a href=""><span style="font-weight:400;">Capdesk</span></a><span style="font-weight:400;"> product lines. As a member of the broader Carta Recruiting Team, you will play a key role in building recruiting best practices and long-term hiring processes for scale for our local teams. This role will report to a US-based manager and team. </span></p> <h2><strong>The Problems You’ll Solve</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Build unique and compelling pitches for each of the product lines and teams you represent</span></p> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Own the full recruitment life cycle, from initial outreach to closing stages</span></p> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Adapt to changing headcount plans related to business outcomes and priorities</span></p> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Understand the “bigger picture” and how each hire ties into larger scale business goals and objectives</span></p> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Act as a strategic partner to our hiring teams by driving changes to the hiring/interview process, prioritizing across the organization, and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices</span></p> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Be the face of Carta, Vauban, and Capdesk to our amazing candidates! Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships</span></p> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Source both active and passive candidates utilizing creative strategies and techniques</span></p> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Greenhouse) and other People systems</span></p> </li> </ul> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <p><span style="font-weight:400;">4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
