Our goal is to make sure that Carta can attract, motivate, and retain the talent we need to accomplish our mission. As a Global Benefits Manager at Carta, you will use your analytical and strategic thinking along with a strong desire to do what is right to build a world class benefits program. </span></p> <h2><strong>The Problems You’ll Solve</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Lead the strategic design, implementation and plan administration of Carta’s global benefits offerings</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand local benefit needs and external market competitiveness of Carta’s global benefits offerings </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Provide expertise or guidance around the design and execution of global or local programs in regions</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Maintain in depth understanding of global benefits landscape and provide expertise in both technical aspects of benefit plan administration and market trends</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work with third party consultants to provide analysis and assess market competitiveness of all plans annually</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Assist in preparing and facilitating analysis and materials for senior leadership, executive, and Board meetings</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Partner with all People teams to educate candidates, new, current, and departing Cartans on benefits </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strategically develop and deliver global benefits training and communication for leaders and employees</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ensure compliance with all applicable country, state/territory and other regulations</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Partner with Finance, Legal &amp; Compliance, and People Teams to implement new benefit programs</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Act as Carta’s primary point of contact for benefit-related vendors and manage vendor relationships including vendor payment and tracking/cost control</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Drive and execute on cross-functional projects from planning through change management </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation</span></li> </ul> <h2><strong>About You</strong></h2> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience leading and driving benefits programs in a multinational company </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Advanced knowledge in benefits plan design and administration</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Advanced experience with regulatory compliance in benefits programs</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Ability to scale processes in a high-growth environment </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GoogleSheets/Excel </span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Must be able to collaborate with teams in a dynamic and globally matrixed environment</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships with various leaders across the organization</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Great organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency <br><br></span></span> <h4 style="text-align:left;"><em>Salary</em></h4> <p><em>Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. If you are located in San Francisco, California or New York, NY our minimum cash compensation salary range for this role is $157,000 - $197,000 (if applicable, + commission).
