Founding Engineer - Bridger Group
Bridger Group
Overview
We are building the next Berkshire Hathaway with AI, starting with financial services, that combines proven business-building strategies with cutting-edge AI solutions to maximize automation. The financial services industry has significant potential for AI augmentation, a lack of tech investments, attractive scale-up characteristics, and macro trends in our favor. With excellent execution, our platform will achieve industry-leading profitability, capital efficiency, and rapid scalability.
We are well-capitalized, having completed our raise from several institutional VC firms and multi-billion-dollar family offices and angel investors, including executives and founders from some of the world’s largest private equity and investment banking firms - such as Blackstone, KKR, and Moelis. Our board members and advisors include a former state governor and a former Blackstone investor/operator with multiple successful exits.
We are seeking our founding engineer to play a pivotal role in our product development and deployment. In partnership with the CTO, this individual will help build our agentic systems and solutions. They will also collaborate with our CEO and heads of services to design and deploy best-in-class AI automation within our businesses, setting a new standard for efficiency and productivity.
This is an in-person role in our NYC-based office, literally sitting next to the users of the tools and solutions you will be building.
