We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest quality of design deliverables.

Responsibilities - what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute design solutions
  • Mentor and provide guidance to our junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Keep developing and maintaining our design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and data, ensuring the best possible user experience
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus





Requirements

Requirements - does this describe you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
  • Experience with managing designers.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and interaction design
  • Experience with user research methods and usability testing
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
