We are seeking a talented Controller to join our global finance department. As a Controller you will be responsible for the financial reports and accounting functions, including timely and accurate reporting of all financial reports and statements in accordance with the global requirements to ensure proper accounting treatment execution and reporting results. Direct reporting for the Senior Director of Finance in Israel.

Responsibilities - what you will be doing:

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual global closing processes, overseeing the preparation of necessary financial statements, tax filings, and consolidated financial statements
• Work closely with various interfaces within the finance (FP&A, bookkeeping, payroll and procurement) and other departments in the organization
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards, managing accounting procedures including Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), R&D Capitalization (ASC 840), Lease Accounting, and additional regulatory requirements
• Assist with local & international tax-related matters
• Support in preparing management reports and presentations for board meetings
• Drive system enhancements and identify opportunities to optimize processes
• Manage audit processes and work closely with external auditors and during the annual audit
• Ad-hoc projects, as well as automation projects and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting – a MUST
• CPA from a Big4 accounting firm – High-Tech sector
• At least 2-3 positions as a Controller or Assistant Controller with a hi-tech company (SaaS startup – advantage)
• Excellent computer skills; Significant experience using NetSuite (ERP) – a MUST
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global company, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong hands-on approach, proactive, quick learner, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
