Description

Bluewhite is seeking passionate, Electrical Lab Technician to join our US team & help build a world leading brand in autonomous technology and 21st century farming. Payscale for this position is $80 - $85k per year, DOE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.​

The lab technician will oversee the Electronics lab's establishment, choose the relevant equipment, and execute the lab kick-off with the engineering manager. The main electronics lab aspects will include maintenance of electrical assemblies, troubleshooting, calibration, lab tools, and repairing parts when possible while producing a lab report. The lab technician will lead the company's RMA processes and work with vendors to create end-to-end solutions for returned merchandise. We are seeking an experienced electrical practical lab engineer.

Essential Functions / Responsibilities:

  • In charge of defining, building, and executing the D-Level electronics lab and RMA process in the assembly line.
  • Define and develop diagnostic tools for the lab.
  • Receiving RMA goods, labeling, categorizing, analyzing, troubleshooting, testing, and writing reports.
  • Proficient in operating diagnostic and testing tools for electrical and mechanical components, assemblies, and harnesses, such as Oscilloscope, multimeters, Power suppliers, Function generators, etc.
  • Repair of electrical and mechanical assemblies and components. Including soldering and wiring.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Electrical Practical Engineer Diploma.
  • minimum experience of 6 years working as a lab technician.
  • Proven experience in the maintenance of electrical assemblies.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding electrical and mechanical drawings and assemblies, PCB and harnesses design.
  • Experienced with RMA processes, working with Vendors, Suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a proven ability to effectively interact and collaborate with other engineering disciplines.
  • Knowledge of robotics / automotive technologies and practices.
  • Professional Documentation capabilities – work at an industry-level methodology, high traceability, organized way of work, fully embedded work in a computerized environment and with relevant software and applications.

· Must be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, and other basic computer skills.

· Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
