About the Role

As the Business Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting business functions, driving company growth, and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will range from developing data-driven strategies and managing special projects to overseeing office operations and providing essential administrative support. This role requires strong analytical and strategic skills, versatility, and a passion for execution. This is a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of how a startup operates, allowing you to learn and grow alongside the company.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives to develop forward-thinking strategies, goals, and outcomes.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive accountability and ensure consistent progress towards key objectives.
Develop materials to support founders in sales, investor relations, board communications, fundraising, and go-to-market initiatives.
Create financial projections, analyze business performance, and identify untapped market opportunities.
Design and scale processes for critical business and operational functions.

Qualifications and Experience

BS/BA in engineering, computer science, business administration, economics, or a similar field from a top tier educational institution.
Demonstrated excellence in previous academic and professional experiences.
Track record of success in cross-functional roles spanning strategy, analysis, and operations in fast-paced environments.
Proven project management expertise in driving end-to-end execution.
Thrives in ambiguous contexts with minimal guidance.
Proactive problem-solver, focusing on critical questions rather than mere task execution.
Exceptional skills in modeling, presentations, and written and verbal communication.
Strong discipline and work ethic.
Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Passion for autonomous driving, deep tech, and AI.

Nice to Haves

2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or similar professional services roles.
Experience successfully collaborating with C-suite executives in high-growth autonomous driving, deep tech, or AI startups
