Your Role: Execute Daily And Lead Transformation/Growth

You are stepping into the heart of our growth engine, establishing deep relationships and tailoring our value to meet real client needs. Seasoned in Challenger and MEDDPIC methodologies, you need to be a full-cycle seller that can identify opportunities, propose solutions, and lead sales from start to finish.

You may be asking “what level is this role?” That’s negotiable. Titles are cheap, and everyone in our organization has to do multiple things simultaneously. We all carry a bag. We all meet with clients. We all think strategically about how to improve the business and our process. We all have the opportunity to grow and manage more people as we earn it within the organization.

Your seniority will impact your compensation, which will impact your expectations of performance, but we are open to amazing people who can help us accelerate growth at different points on the seniority curve.

What You'll Do:

  • Show Up: Bring your energy to our downtown Chicago office daily and travel to meet with customers whenever possible.
  • Sell Intelligently: Execute our existing sales plays and help us design new ones. Map our capabilities to the needs of a variety of buying stakeholders (business, finance, technology executives.)
  • Execute Daily: Contribute to daily team sales stage progression targets. Move deals forward each week.
  • Generate Leads: You’ll be fed a lot of deals by our GTM motion, but are ultimately responsible for your own pipeline.
  • Farm & Hunt: You’ll need to close new logos and expand existing ones.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Smoothly manage the sales process, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Keep Your House Clean: We value consistent execution in our process.

Who You Are:

  • Proven Performer: 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of success.
  • Communicator: Exceptional at articulating complex ideas persuasively.
  • Closer: Able to consistently close next steps.
  • Skilled Negotiator: Expert in navigating sales cycles.
  • Adaptable: Self-starter, agile in fast-paced environments, ready to pivot as needed.
  • Ideal Team Player.
