Community Manager - Asian Markets (Full Time)

We are looking for a Community Manager who will join our team and help us build awareness and traction for Babylon in Asian markets, with an initial focus on China and southeast Asia.

Lead the establishment and execution of Babylon’s Asian community strategy. Responsibilities will include create, grow & manage our community in China and other Asian markets. Moderating forums, chat groups, and social platforms, organising online events, collaborating with internal teams, sourcing KOL leads, and providing valuable local market insights. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the establishment and execution of Babylon’s community strategy for Asian markets, with an initial focus on China and Southeast Asia

• Create, grow and manage Babylon community operations in the Asian market community operations.

• Grow the local online and offline Babylon’s Asian community 

• Drive interactions in the local Babylon forums, instant messaging platforms, and chat groups with the community to increase positive engagement.

• Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

• Explore new community-friendly platforms and groups to facilitate the expansion of Babylon’s local user base and influence - Create, engage with, and help moderate new communities on WeChat, Discord, Telegram, and other social channels. 

• Organize online events, assist in offline meet-ups, and conduct product and community surveys.

• Support KOL leads sourcing.

• Support Babylon’s products' educational content creation in local languages.
