Babylon aims at scaling Bitcoin to secure the decentralized world. The team is building a set of protocols towards this goal and has already attracted many interests. Your primary responsibility will be to explore and seize business opportunities, and build long-term and sustainable partnerships, with a special focus on the Bitcoin ecosystem. You will also contribute to designing products and growing Babylon's user bases. You will write business proposals, drive business negotiations, and follow through to close deals.

About you

The successful candidate should have several years of related experience in the crypto industry. The ideal candidate should be well-connected in the Bitcoin ecosystem, and experienced in DeFi businesses. You are self-driven and excited about what we are trying to accomplish. You are also a punctual executor and a team player.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business and partnership development experience in the crypto industry with a track record of success

• Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategies

• Solid high-level understanding of crypto technologies

• Competent in outreaching and driving conversations

• Proven ability to negotiate

• Familiarity with the legal components of crypto business development

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including competent oral and written English

• Ability to work international hours and travel internationally

• Ability to work with deadlines

• (Strongly preferred) BD experience in the Bitcoin ecosystem
