We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager, who will engage and support the company’s investor relations, investment diligence, and equity platform management. This role will oversee the company’s equity platform, Carta, and serve as the finance department's primary point of contact on all equity-related matters, focusing on owning processes for operational efficiency, progress tracking, and productivity across the FP&A and Investor Relations departments.

The Investor Relations Manager will collaborate and work closely with the CFO, Interim CIO, and cross-functional teams to support ongoing fundraising efforts, streamline processes, foster collaborative communication, and drive strategic initiatives that support company growth.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Carta, driving operational efficiencies, implementing best practices, and optimizing equity management processes

  • Serve as the primary liaison between FP&A and key stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely communication on equity-related matters

  • Oversee back-office operations related to transaction execution, authorization documentation, and shareholder structures

  • Lead and manage the due diligence process for new investments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all required documentation

  • Maintain and update the investor CRM, including meeting summaries, notes, and follow-up actions

  • Manage virtual data rooms, ensuring all materials are up to date and provide regular reporting on usage activity

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to facilitate the exchange of documents for diligence and disclosure purposes

  • Foster and manage relationships with external stakeholders (investors, leadership teams, C-suite executives, board members) and internal teams (e.g., revenue, HR)

  • Prioritize and manage fundraising timelines, optimizing investor engagement and key touchpoints

  • Support FP&A initiatives by aligning departmental goals with investor relations and equity platform management

  • Ensure adherence to document distribution protocols and compliance with investor communication standards

  • Attend investor meetings, mission launches, and company events to track action items and drive fundraising efforts

  • Develop and implement departmental growth strategies, continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements

  • Facilitate investor outreach efforts, managing engagement, tracking activities, and advancing investment discussions

  • Coordinate and schedule outreach messaging to sustain momentum in investment opportunities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing Ax mission launches within the department

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, or Capital Markets

  • Prior experience in Carta or similar equity management software is highly preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to foster positive relationships

  • High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage confidential information, demonstrate sound judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in project management tools, collaboration software, and Microsoft Suite

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task

Requirements

  • Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation

  • Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised

  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position

Physical Requirements

  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time)

  • May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time)
