DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze each client's specific request and determine the underlying problem and recommend a proper solution.
- Monitor new developments and emerging Cloud technology trends and identify new products with potential benefits to clients with in-depth research of each product.
- Communicating with both developers and non-technical stakeholders of the organization's cloud footprint.
- Designing and implementing different components that are offered by M365.
- Maintaining cloud components to maximize their uptime and performance and minimize their cost.
- In-depth experience baselining & configuring, Teams, Conditional Access controls, and MFA.
- Support applications and functions in M365 / Azure Cloud.
- Identify opportunities for current offerings within the organizations that could benefit from migrating to the cloud.
- Experience with Hybrid/Multi-cloud environments.
- Administration of Identity platforms such as Azure Active directory/Entra AD and CyberArk.
- Ensure everything that is built is in line with infrastructure as a code principle.
- Ensure all components have adequate monitoring and logging to prevent outages.
- Ensure all components have adequate measures in place for business continuity.
- Ensure there is a well-written set of documentation for the cloud services that are being used.
- Participate in the design, implementation and administration of Cloud-based platform solutions working alongside architects and other teams to ensure current and future business requirements are considered.
- Partner with Information Security/Cybersecurity to ensure infrastructure solutions comply with Cloud security standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Intune, MAM, Autopilot and other advanced solutions related to client experience.
- Serve as an escalation point for the Axiom Space Network Operations Center (NOC) and support engineers for questions and complex issue resolution.
- Deliver security requirements and related compliance levels for each solution deployed in the cloud.
- Develops knowledge and expertise to serve as a department SME, including learning new tasks to gain deeper knowledge and insight.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in M365 / Azure Cloud or a combined equivalent of education and experience.
- Azure Certifications.
- Experience implementing services based on M365 / Azure Well-Architected Principles.
- Hands-on experience with M365 / Azure cloud architecture.
- Experience supporting O365, Exchange online, Teams and Azure.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting experience.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task on multiple projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast environment and produce timely results.
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Essential Functions
Work Environment: Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.
Requirements
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
- Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised.
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
Physical Requirements
- Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).

Skills
- The ability to problem-solve complex problems residing in the cloud.
- Instituting IAC technologies such as Azure native or Terraform.
- Programming skills such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
- Incorporating automation into workflows using platforms like Ansible to improve efficiency.
- High level of knowledge of the service offerings on Azure.
- Delivery of full DevOps lifecycles for production solutions.
- Ability to optimize environments for cost savings.
- Delivering high availability and business continuity in the cloud.
- Ability to learn the latest Azure technologies and apply them.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Result-oriented personality with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
