What we are looking for…

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Photography Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating photoshoot projects and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality photos to our listings team. This role requires excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do…

• Coordinate photoshoot projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed seamlessly
• Communicate effectively with photographers, stylists, field operations, and other stakeholders to schedule photoshoots and manage logistics
• Notify onboarding channels of photographer info and shoot start times
• Project manage the photo calendar in Monday.com
• Create call sheets in a timely manner by gathering relevant information from stakeholders
• Making sure image deliverables are uploaded to the appropriate folders - organizing image files
• Download files from 3rd party providers and uploading them into digital asset management system
• Monitor the shoot process for potential issues and escalates issues as needed to ensure shoot schedules are maintained.
• Problem-solve and address any issues that arise during photoshoots or post-production
• Work closely with listings, onboarding, and field operations teams to coordinate shoot logistics and timing
