What we are looking for…

An organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst, who will support our Real Estate team in building and managing various real estate development and acquisition projects. This person will be responsible for performing deep financial, quantitative, and qualitative analyses, coordinating development and investment initiatives, and supporting transactions from inception to close. The Real Estate Analyst is a total modeling rock star with a deep knowledge and love of real estate and hospitality.

What you’ll do…

  • Prepare quality underwriting, financial models, investor returns, due diligence, and other analyses to assist with the timely evaluation of new projects and investments with minimal oversight
  • Prepare internal and external presentation materials and documents (e.g., investment committee presentations, offering memorandums, LOIs, lender materials, etc.)
  • Perform market research and real estate comparable analyses
  • Research trends and identify opportunities/risks within both current and potential future markets, asset classes, value chain partners, and the competitive landscape
  • Support team members in coordinating communications, developing organization tools & project management protocols, and other supporting functions
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of AvantStay’s internal data and dashboards, and cross-departmental functions and personnel
  • Work closely with senior management in creating new revenue streams and expansion opportunities
