What we are looking for…

A Finance Operations Analyst will support all aspects of our owner’s financial statement process, including new asset setup, statement generation, and issue resolution. They will have a natural passion for numbers and problem-solving while taking pride in their strong attention to detail. This person will effectively communicate across multiple business units, while supporting the optimization of department policies and infrastructure.

What you’ll do...

• Assist with the monthly owner statements process by performing statement audit/review
• Support and collaborate with important internal stakeholders, like Operations, Real Estate, Legal, Owner Relations, People, etc.
• Answer internal accounting and financial inquiries by researching and interpreting data
• Reconcile 1099 information and review annual 1099 reports for all owners
• Support the year-end owner statement audit and quarterly reviews.
• Demonstrate aptitude and ability to support team members in a timely manner through various rounds of venture funding
• Deliver a high level of service managing incoming owner relation inquiries from our property owners regarding ticket needs, complaints and other issues
• Help implement employee policies and procedures
