HawkEye 360 is seeking a motivated and highly technical Analytics Product Manager to join the Product and Technology team. As an Analytics Product Manager at HawkEye 360, your role will be to answer user needs by aligning engineering teams and guiding the development of analytic products. You will work closely across design, product, and engineering to pioneer the end-to-end developer experience interacting with HawkEye 360’s products. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and end user engagement; and will be able to collaboratively design and build an outstanding analytic experience for customers.

As the Analytics Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Serve as the voice of end users at HawkEye 360. Understand and represent user needs, challenges, and goals, and help align internal efforts towards positive user outcomes across a variety of analytic product lines
- Collaborate across functional areas (design, product, engineering) to identify, prioritize, and lead new opportunities to improve user satisfaction with HawkEye 360’s RF analytic products.
- Guide analytical product development from prototype to general availability - creating the product strategy, building and executing the product roadmap and managing key stakeholders throughout the process.
- Provide the voice of the customer, capturing and understanding end user needs, pain points and lead discovery of the solution space.
- Develop technical content that improves the user experience and enhances understanding of HawkEye 360 products: product documentation, best practices reference material, user guides, tutorials, webinars, etc
- Engage directly with users and customer facing team members; help and support developers by responding to customer & subject matter expert feedback, bugs, and gap reports.
- Collaborate with marketing to build and launch products with unified messaging.
Essential education and experience:
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Intelligence Studies, related field; or equivalent
- 4+ years as a product manager, product owner, intelligence analyst, or equivalent; A prior customer-facing, technical role that requires solving user problems in creative ways.
- Demonstrated experience developing products that make end users lives better and provide value in their analytical workflows.
- Strong technical communication skills; a passion for writing concise and actionable documentation, tutorials, etc; prior experience in technical writing
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical skills across a variety of programming languages and domains
- Deep analytical and organizational skills w/ the ability to concisely articulate a salient point of view including feature trade-offs and product design choices
- Experience with RF data usage and exploitation software for defense and intelligence use cases.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the entire lifecycle of a customer-facing product.
- Demonstrated experience decomposing complex manual analysis and problem sets into easy to use products that simplify the user experience and yield high value.
- Experience using Atlassian products; Sharepoint; GIS software; or RF software a plus
- Entrepreneurial background: Prior experience building technical products or businesses from scratch; active side projects; passion for the startup environment; etc
