HawkEye 360 is currently seeking a US government collection specialist to join the customer success team. The Customer Success group provides program management and mission success support across the entire company and is responsible for ensuring successful mission outcomes for HE360’s customers. The USG collection specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer success through successful RF satellite collections in support of multiple US government customers. The satellite collection specialist will report to the Senior Director of Mission Management and will interface with USG customer success managers, system operations, and space team.

Location: This position is based in HE360’s Herndon, VA, headquarters.

As the USG Collection Specialist, your main responsibilities will be:

• Execute RF collection management in support of all HE360 USG customers.
• Monitor collection completion, data delivery, and data quality.
• Act as the first line of analysis for HE360 data collected in support of USG customers, identifying issues and opportunities in HE360 data.
• Working with customer success managers, design collection plans that maximize mission value to customers.
• Working with the systems operations team to develop an in-depth understanding of HE360 sensors, collection configurations, and scheduling software.
• Working with the solutions and space teams to develop new collection configurations to maximize the mission value of each collection for HE360’s USG customers.
• Stand-in for USG customer success managers as required.

Your skills and qualifications:
Essential education and experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience in the application of RF data, or other space derived data, to meet USG mission needs.
• Familiarity with applying low earth orbit sensing systems to meet Department of Defense orf Intelligence Community mission needs.
• Superlative data management skills.
• Critical thinking and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Grounding in basic radio frequency principals.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance. (USG polygraph preferable)

Desirable:​​​​​​

• RF overhead collection management
• TechSIGINT/ELINT experience.
• Geographic Information System user knowledge.
• Experience with QA/QC

Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
