HawkEye 360 is currently seeking a Program Manager to join the Mission Management team. The Mission Management group provides program management and mission success support across the entire company and is responsible for the successful completion of internal and external projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for executing multiple revenue-generating contracts in support of the company’s US government customers. The Program Manager will report to the Senior Director of Mission Management and interface with technical and business leads across the company.

As the USG Mission Engineer, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Lead one or more of the company’s US government missions.
  • Actively manage your assigned program(s) as the in-house expert on your program information – the contract, schedule, statement of work, deliverables, and financial status.
  • Work with the customer to develop plans to apply HE360’s low earth orbit RF sensing/geolocation capabilities to meet customer mission needs.
  • Own the relationship with the supported customer, ensuring mission success while balancing workloads with other company programs and priorities.
  • Maximize program renewal and growth for your assigned programs.
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential education and experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of combined USG operational or programmatic experience applying RF to meet mission needs.10 years of exceptional experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree. Exceptional technical qualifications, including in-depth knowledge of commercial RF collection systems and/or advanced degrees, may be considered in lieu of overall years of experience.
  • Experience in applying low earth orbit sensing systems to meet Department of Defense or Intelligence Community mission needs.
  • Critical thinking and clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Grounding in basic radio frequency principals.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Desirable:​​​​​​
  • TechSIGINT/ELINT experience.
  • USG polygraph
  • Experience executing and growing firm fixed price programs with the USG
  • Experience applying RF capabilities to combatant command mission needs.
Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $170,000 annually

HawkEye 360 offers a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus annual performance bonus and benefits. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as candidate's work experience, education, training & skills, as well as market and business considerations. We are also open to considering candidates with experience and qualifications at a different level than required in a job posting, which may affect the compensation package offered.
