We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive focused on the expansion of the Astra customer base. As a founding member of the Sales team, you will have the opportunity to lay the foundation of a rapidly expanding Sales organization. This position will require you to be active in every stage of the sales process, including prospecting, building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring customer success. We need your passion and expertise in payments to help us grow the Astra brand.

You will:

  • Partner with executive leadership on all aspects of the go-to-market strategy.

  • Lead the design and implementation of the sales organization and assist in sales-related recruiting.

  • Take charge of the entire sales process with our biggest prospects - starting from identifying potential leads all the way to signing contracts.

  • Become an expert in all things payments, from how the Astra platform works to the various payment rails and routes.

  • Join forces with top technology innovators and solution providers. Collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Engineering, and Finance teams for seamless execution.
