You will:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including gathering and validating technical requirements, configuring payment settings, and performing user acceptance testing.

  • Provide technical support to customers as they navigate our platform, troubleshoot issues, and optimize their payment processing workflows.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and effective manner, including engineering, customer success, compliance, and finance.

  • Enforce compliance standards by monitoring unusual transaction alerts and supporting AML/financial crimes reporting.

  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews and risk assessments of new and existing customers.

  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for customers to ensure they are equipped to use our platform effectively.

  • Continuously monitor customer usage and proactively identify opportunities to improve their experience with our platform.

You may be a good fit for this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting or related fields.

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in payments, financial technology, or a related startup environment.

  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and other integration technologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.

  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA is a plus.
