A candidate will be successful in this role if they have experience in parking/mobility tech, have strong customer facing communication skills and have an organized and flexible approach to the many competing priorities which arise on any given day. This dynamic role provides an excellent path to growth and many other roles within our growing organization.
What You’ll Do:
- Sets strategic vision within a geographic area but tied to overall strategic goals and priorities of the company.
- Capable of clearly articulating the company’s ongoing strategic vision into sound operating business plans and processes.
- Assists sales team in developing sales strategies and execution of strategies leveraging data and technology.
- Collaborates with all regional businesses to ensure strategies and expectations are aligned, executed, and accomplished to meet the overarching goals for the company.
- Plans, organizes, and directs the execution through data analytics of all corporate business activities to drive sales execution and gain market share against competitors.
- Stay informed and update on industry trends and leverage key relationships with organizations and industry leaders to grow the business.
- Acts as a servant leader with a focus on developing a high performing team.
- Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Experience:
- Must possess a four-year bachelor’s degree. An MBA is preferred.
- At least 8 years of progressive leadership experience.
- At least 8 years of senior sales experience.
- At least 5 years of parking industry experience.
- Experience working with a diverse stakeholder group.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing content and strategies.
- A critical thinker, with an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem solving.
