Enterprise Account Executive – AI for Finance

Location: New York (4 days/week, hybrid)

As an Enterprise Account Executive – AI for Finance, you’ll lead Arc’s expansion into the financial enterprise—owning relationships with decision-makers at global investment firms, credit funds, and commercial banks. You’ll be part of a founding go-to-market team, partnering directly with the CEO and CRO to activate a $50M+ actionable pipeline and cement Arc’s position as the category leader in AI for Finance.

🥇 What You’ll Do

  • Own the full-cycle sales process for Arc’s AI software—from first meeting to signed contract

  • Prospect and engage CXOs, Partners, and MDs across private equity, private credit, and commercial banking institutions

  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Product to design workflows that demonstrate Arc’s unique value

  • Lead pilots and proof-of-concept engagements, managing multiple enterprise stakeholders and navigating complex buying cycles

  • Build deep relationships across top financial firms, becoming a trusted advisor and long-term partner

  • Actively shape Arc’s sales playbook, pricing strategy, and vertical expansion as we scale

✅ What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of sales experience, including enterprise sales, with a track record of exceeding quota in high-ACV SaaS or AI

  • Experience selling to financial services institutions—ideally in private capital markets or commercial banking

  • A deep understanding of AI/ML applications, or a strong aptitude for learning and selling technical products and/or B2B financial solutions

  • Confidence navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles and legal/procurement processes

  • A builder’s mindset—you’re excited to help define the go-to-market motion in a fast-paced, early-stage environment

  • Bonus: Experience selling products used by deal teams, underwriters, or portfolio managers
