About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and SQL growth through Arc’s paid acquisition channels. You’ll lead our performance marketing strategy, optimize and expand campaign efforts, and partner cross-functionally to accelerate Arc’s revenue engine.
This role requires a mix of creativity, technical skill, and analytical rigor. You’ll manage multiple platforms, develop scalable systems, and continually test and refine campaigns to reach and convert our ideal customers.
What You’ll Do
Own and scale Arc’s paid media strategy to drive marketing-influenced pipeline and SQL growth.
Develop and optimize demand generation systems across paid channels (SEM, paid social, 3rd-party sponsorships, and more).
Understand Arc’s ICP and business goals deeply to craft effective audience targeting and acquisition strategies.
Write comprehensive campaign briefs covering targeting, messaging, design, frequency, and timing.
Optimize performance marketing budget allocation across channels based on real-time results and strategic priorities.
Hit quarterly goals, including MQLs, pipeline influence, and other key indicators.
Build and refine audience segmentation across current and emerging acquisition platforms.
Partner with marketing teammates to create and implement email marketing flows and one-off campaigns that accelerate lead velocity.
Leverage HubSpot and Salesforce daily to track and manage campaign performance and lead flow.
Utilize Arc’s analytics stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, Default, Warmly, etc.) to report on campaign performance and recommend strategic improvements.
Stay on top of industry trends in paid media, demand gen, AI tools, and growth, and share insights with the broader GTM team.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in demand generation or paid media, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through performance marketing
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (non-negotiable)
Familiarity with Looker, Warmly, Default, or similar analytics and intent platforms (nice to have)
Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
Excellent communicator and collaborator—able to work cross-functionally and translate marketing results into business value
Passion for experimentation, optimization, and scaling what works

You proactively convey results and next steps for your efforts
You have proven campaign implementation and budget management abilities across Arc’s acquisition channels
You’re a master of data analysis and you have the ability to draw insights from both qualitative and quantitative data in order to (re)allocate resources depending on what’s (not) working
You’re a clear and effective communicator. You know how to influence others at all levels/functions and rally your team behind shared business goals
