Anyware Robotics is seeking highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Infra Engineer to optimize the backbone that supports our robotic systems' deployment, monitoring, and scalability. You will work closely with a world-class team of roboticists, software engineers, and AI experts on refining and scaling our existing DevOps, cloud, and edge computing infrastructure, and ensuring our robots operate efficiently in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize & Scale Infrastructure for deploying and operating robotic systems in simulation and real-world environments.
• Enhance CI/CD & deployment pipelines to accelerate software development and deployment.
• Optimize our existing simulation environments to accelerate development cycles and automated testing.
• Improve logging, monitoring, and observability for robotic systems to ensure deep visibility into robot performance and system health.
• Improve cloud-based and on-prem solutions for robotic data processing and storage.
• Collaborate with software, perception, and motion planning teams to ensure infrastructure meets performance and scalability needs.
• Implement and maintain security policies and access controls for robotic software and cloud infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in robot networking, middleware communication and cloud-edge data streaming.

Required Skills & Experiences:

• 5+ years of experience in software infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering, preferably in robotics or real-time systems.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ for infrastructure automation and tooling.
• Strong experience with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with communication middleware (e.g., DDS, ZeroMQ, etc.) and shared memory techniques for low-latency, high-throughput data exchange
• Strong debugging and profiling skills for optimizing system performance.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2) and distributed computing frameworks is a strong plus.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).
• Prior experience in robotics startups is a plus.
