About this role

Alumni Ventures is seeking a full-time Email Marketing Associate.

The role requires a diverse knowledge of email marketing processes & strategies. This will include managing multiple inboxes, executing email marketing campaigns and keeping website content up to date.

This position is based out of Alumni Ventures’ Manchester, NH office and is a hybrid role, with an expectation that this individual will work in the office at least 4 days per week. Alumni Ventures is a fast-paced, professional, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

· Manage our SMS inbox, alias and general inboxes, forwarding/archiving appropriately

· Assist with Project Hard Copy research

· Assist in executing email marketing strategies to achieve desired outcomes within the prospect/customer funnel

· Regularly review and proofread nurture email content

· Maintain detailed knowledge of a large email library

· Schedule and execute regular updates to email templates and workflows

· Quickly implement updates and edits to marketing emails as needed

· Analyze email engagement data to improve content

· Update website content, including text, videos, and other elements

· Apply SEO best practices to refine website content and tagging

· Collaborate with writers, graphic designers, and communications teams to ensure a cohesive content strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Prior marketing experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills particularly with MS Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and copywriting skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Salary: $60,000-$65,000 plus equity and bonus
