We are looking for a dynamic and driven Human Resources Development Manager who will be instrumental in driving our talent growth strategy. The role is global and based in HCMC, Vietnam in one of main Akselos office.
What role will you play?
The Human Resources Development Manager plays a pivotal role in improving both the productivity of an organization and its cultural wellbeing. You assess the development needs, plans training courses, implements training programs, and measures the results. As a successful Human Resource Development Manager you are in touch with the needs of the organization and capable of creating measurable change and improvement. In close collaboration with the HR Director, you efficiently support line managers to retain the best employees, build succession plannings and raise the Company overall performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute a comprehensive talent development roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, develop training programs, and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by championing mentorship programs, coaching initiatives, and leadership development opportunities.
- Leverage and enhance the existing performance management process that inspires and motivates employees to achieve their highest potential.
- Carry out Employee Engagement action plans.
- Measure and analyze the impact of HR development initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Your qualifications and experience
- Proven experience as an HR Development Manager (minimum 7 years) or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of talent management and organizational development.
- Profound professional experience in training, mentoring, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting talent growth and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and inspire employees at all levels.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends in HR development.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
