About This Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth. As a skilled communicator, you will lead the engagement of potential clients and educate them about Akselos and our innovative solutions. Your focus will be on lead qualification and expanding the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and introduce them to Akselos's solutions.
  • Manage diverse inbound leads, including demo requests, contact inquiries, and webinar sign-ups.
  • Conduct detailed research on prospective clients and industries to tailor your outreach.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team to further develop qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine strategies and achieve targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the technology (FEA) and/or energy sector (Oil&Gas).
  • Strong understanding of software technologies and their applications in energy-related asset integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly to a varied audience.
  • Knowledge of structural performance management software and 3D engineering tools.
  • Experience with industry-standard software like Ansys, Sesam, or Abacus is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and close deals.
