As a Product Marketing Intern, you will play a critical role in both the daily marketing activities and the sales strategic decision-making that comes with running a disruptive business. You will be overseeing the Event Coordination which will be your main focus.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will work tightly with the Marketing manager, your role would be to support and ease the processes related to customer success in all its nuances. This role calls for a passionate, ambitious, fast-learning, and performance-driven individual with great organizational skills!

In addition, you’ll be conducting market research to collate relevant data about companies, customers, competitors, and industries, to help the team make informed decisions. You will also work with the Sales department to ensure coordination regarding CRM Systems (Salesforce) and their respective extensions (Pardot, Altify).

Last but not least, you’ll be supporting the Product Marketing Team in a miscellaneous set of activities, spanning from software release, departmental budget elaboration, and strategy implementation to lead generation campaigns to full-on product launches!

We are looking for you if you are:

Education:

  • Currently enrolled in a university in either Bachelors's or Master's course in Administration, Marketing, Communications or a relevant field

Professional experience:

  • Background in Marketing and related fields; prior experience in previous marketing internships is a plus

Hard skills: Technical / job-related skills:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) - excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable time management, organizational skills, and willingness to step out of your comfort zone
  • Confident in multi-tasking, autonomy, and deadlines
  • At ease with CRM systems and a fast-learner mindset
  • Familiar with graphic design tools Indesign and Photoshop is a plus
  • Take a divergent thinking approach and pay attention to detail

Soft skills: Specific personality traits & job-related demands:
