We're seeking a self-motivated and outcome-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in advanced technology sales in both commercial and public sector markets.
Commercial Experience
- 5+ years of track record of success and quota attainment selling software solutions
- Hands-on experience selling AI, Data Management, Advanced Analytics/BI, Knowledge Management, or Trouble Ticketing/CRM solutions desired
- Experience selling into Product Support Organizations, Technical Support Organizations, or Omni-channel Contact Centers is a plus
- Industry experience selling to product-focused companies - such as Technology, Manufacturing, or Telecommunications - is a plus
- Startup experience is a plus
Public Sector Experience
- Track-record of sales to Department of Defense customers
- Proven track record of Federal contracting and procurement success
- Business development experience in the Intelligence Community, Law Enforcement sectors, and/or State and Local Government is a plus
Sales Skills
- End-to-end Opportunity leadership - from lead generation to closed deal
- Skills in qualification, prioritization, organization and focus
- Ability to present the company’s value proposition in multiple formats - including facet-to-face meetings, presentations, demos, discovery sessions and PoCs
- C-Level relationship management and new business sales experience
- Proven sales background of consistent achievement against quota
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including demonstrating the software and its architecture
Technology Skills
- Ability to articulate a complex technical solution to executive and technical audiences
- Ability to articulate the AI technology stack and Agolo’s role therein to multiple audiences
- Understanding of when and how to coordinate Agolo’s technical resources
- Humility mindset - understanding when and how to defer answering questions
Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Self-motivated, outcome-driven business development professional
- Creativity in finding and mapping Agolo to new opportunities

Responsibilities
- Responsible for new account development and existing account expansion of Agolo software licensing and services
- Effectively engage sales resources: Sales Engineering, Product, and Executives in the development and implementation of customer account plans
- Use Sales Tools - including HubSpot, LinkedIn, Lemlist, and others - to effectively manage outbound sales campaigns
- Manage and drive revenue through complex go-to-market strategies
- Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management
