Aescape is looking for a Head of Growth Marketing and E-commerce who can drive the direction and execution of Aescape’s growth initiatives, with a focus on acquiring and retaining customers, and spearhead data-driven marketing initiatives to generate rapid demand growth as we scale our high-growth B2B2C wellness brand and revolutionize the massage industry.

You’ll be collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales as we expand our market presence and establish Aescape as the leader in innovative wellness solutions.

This role is onsite based in NYC

Aescape is the NY-based lifestyle robotics company redefining self-care.

Backed by $128MM in funding from investors like Valor Equity Partners (an early investor in Tesla and SpaceX), we launched the world’s first-to-market AI-powered robotic massage experience with Equinox in August 2024 and quickly went viral: WIRED, Fast Company, Popular Science, Sports Business Journal, Fortune, Vogue and Bloomberg are only some of the leading news outlets that have covered our technology, with celebs like Kristen Bell and Will Smith posting about us.

Since then, we’ve announced partnerships with global industry leaders across hospitality, pro sports, corporate wellness, and luxury real estate — with more on the horizon as we supercharge growth.

What You’ll Do

As the Head of Growth Marketing and E- commerce at Aescape you will:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across all channels, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.

  • Own pricing, promotion, and marketing spend strategies, leveraging data analytics to identify trends and maximize ROI.

  • Define and track KPIs, providing regular performance insights to leadership.

  • Implement a multi touch attribution model followed by a media mix model for accurate marketing measurement.

  • Lead web presence strategy, in partnership with content and product marketing, including SEO and site optimization.

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive customer experiences.

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing growth team.

  • Optimize marketing operations, systems, and workflows.

  • Manage budgets and forecasts for demand generation.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously testing new campaigns, channels and creative approaches.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years of performance marketing experience, specializing in B2C demand generation for tech-driven wellness brands.

  • Experience owning paid user acquisition across digital, social, local, and marketplace channels, continuously testing new opportunities.

  • A strong ability to connect data-driven insights to big-picture strategies, balancing performance metrics with creative excellence.

  • Analytical expertise in campaign performance, trend identification, and optimization.

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments

  • Enthusiasm for innovation, industry trends, and leveraging new tools for growth.

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to purpose-driven wellness.

  • Experience in P&L management.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data insights into compelling narratives.

Must Have

  • Proven track record of driving customer awareness and acquisition in e-commerce.

  • Expertise in data analytics, marketing operations, and leadership.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, web optimization, pricing, and promotion strategies.

  • Competitive pay + bonus + equity plan. The base salary range for the role is $185,000-$210,000.
